Q1. Is there any Delivery Service?
Sure, Basic Delivery Service is provided for $120 Delivery Fee. Except Airport, Outlying Islands, Sai Kung, Suburbs and other remote areas. If you need to deliver to the above exceptional areas, an additional surcharge would be imposed. The additional surcharge for the exception area will be shown on the check-out page.
Q2. Can I have a Time Specification for Delivery?
Sure, an Additional Fee of HKD$200 will be charged for Time Specification. Time specification should be within an hour (e.g. 2pm-3pm) and under office hours (10am-6pm). Please refer to Delivery Service for more details.
Q3. Can I make any Changes to the Product?
Yes. We will fulfill your special request under the guidance of professional florists, Additional Fee may apply due to the requirement. Please contact us for more details.
Q4. Can I place an order through Email or Whatsapp?
Of course. Beside our Quadrupleflower website, you can also place an order through Email ([email protected]) or via Whatsapp(6826 9161). Please refer to How To Order for more details.
Q5. Is it Safe to make my Payment online through the QF website?
Yes, we are using Stripe Payment with our online credit card transactions for protecting your payments which are one of the best-in-class security tools. All credit card information is encrypted safely with AES-256 Encryption. You can feel safe under the protection of Stripe Payment.
Q6. Can I know my Order has been Received?
You will receive a Confirmation Email after placing the order. You can check your order after login through our website also.
Q7. Can I Change my Order Information after placing an order?
Yes.You can change your order at least 3 Working Days Before the Scheduled Delivery Date. We will not accept any changes within 3 working days including the day of delivery.
Q8. Can I Cancel my Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at least 3 Working Days prior to the Scheduled Delivery Day. An Administrative Fee of HKD$300 will be charged for Order Cancellation. Please contact us for the related request and refund details.
Cancellation is Not Accepted for any Seasonal Products and/or any order within 3 working days including the day of delivery.
Q9. Can I know the Situation of the Delivery?
Yes, You will receive a Confirmation Email after the product is delivered. You can contact us for more details about the status of delivery.
