DELIVERY SERVICE
$120 Delivery Fee will be charged for Delivery service within normal shipping hours.
Normal Shipping Hours timeslots
Guests can choose the following periods for delivery to the recipient location:
- 10am-1pm
- 2pm-6pm
The logistics team will deliver by region, please ensure that the recipient is at the delivery address provided during the delivery period.
- Basic Delivery except Airport, Outlying Islands, Sai Kung, Suburbs and other remote areas. If you need to deliver to the above exceptional areas, an Additional Surcharge would be imposed. The additional surcharge for the exception area will be shown on the Check-out page.
- Special days included Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and other special holidays / special arrangements. All floral arrangements will be delivered throughout the day (10am-6pm). No Designated Time Period is allowed.
- Designated Shipping Period is allowed with an Addition Fee of HKD$200. Time Specification should be within An Hour (e.g. 2pm-3pm) and under Office Hours (10am-6pm).
- The Basic Delivery is only for one-time delivery. In case of refusal to receive flowers or other reasons (such as refusal or refusal to enter by the industrial and commercial building or residential management office) the flowers cannot be delivered to the designated address provided by the customer, the flower art will be returned to our company. We will leave a message to the customer, and the customer needs to make up the Replacement Shipping Fee within 24 hours so that our company can rearrange the delivery.
- To ensure Successful Delivery, Please Complete the Delivery Address & Contact Number Accurately.
- Additional Shipping Fee will be charged according to the situation such as Temporarily Modified Address or any other factors that cause additional delivery costs.
- In case of Weather and Traffic Conditions, we may not be able to deliver the flower arrangements to the destination as scheduled, our shop will make special arrangements and contact the customer via whatsapp.
