Product pictures on the website are for style reference only. - All kinds of flower gifts we provide are made of the freshest and best flowers every day by our professional florist.
Due to seasonal and market supply reasons, QuadrupleFlower reserves the right to use the equivalent/ higher value or quality materials with a similar style for replacement without prior notice to ensure your order is delivered on time.
- All risk of damage or loss during storage, handling or shipping of any goods supplied by the customer rests with the customer.
- Prices are displayed on the website in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Unless there is an obvious error, the price displayed on the website when you accept the order will be accepted. We do our best to ensure that all prices displayed on the website are accurate, but we do not guarantee that prices are error-free and reserve the right to correct errors. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled.
- QuadrupleFlower may change product prices on this website at any time without notice.
- If your credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong dollars, the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by the issuing bank based on the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction was processed by the issuing bank.
MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Postponed order
You are welcome to change the delivery date three working days before the delivery date. Postponed orders will not be accepted for the first three business days of the delivery date.
- Advance order
Advance orders are welcome. If the advance delivery date is within the next three working days of the changed order date, we will charge a rush surcharge, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancel order
Three working days before the delivery date, any cancellation of the order, we will charge an administrative fee of HKD$300 for processing refund procedures.
Cancellations and refunds are not accepted for all orders within three working days of the delivery date.
QuadrupleFlower reserves the right to make changes and cancellations final.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS
- The delivery and ordering services described below are only available in Hong Kong.
- QuadrupleFlower will strive to deliver the product you ordered within the delivery time stated on the order, but the actual delivery time may be subject to severe weather conditions (such as Typhoon No. 8, black rainstorm warning signal) and traffic conditions that may cause the order to be delivered. If the delivery of floral arrangements is delayed due to such conditions, our shop will make special arrangements and contact you via whatsapp to reschedule the delivery date and time as soon as possible.
- On the day of delivery, if the delivery address is unanswered or the product is rejected, the transaction will be regarded as complete. If the customer needs to reschedule the delivery, we will charge an additional fee.
The delivery is only for one-time delivery. If you refuse to receive flowers or for other reasons (including no recipients at the designated delivery address, refusal or refusal to enter by industrial and commercial buildings or residential management offices), the delivery address cannot be specified by the customer. After such conditions, the flower art will be returned to our company. We will leave a message to the customer, and the customer needs to make up the replacement shipping fee within 24 hours so that our company can rearrange the delivery.
- Prices, delivery fees, order cut-off times, delivery and/or pickup times may change during peak seasons and special occasions (eg Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day).
- Our company is not responsible for any additional expenses, property damage or personal injury at the customer’s premises, regardless of the cause, arising from the delivery or use of the purchased item.
NO RESALE
When you order a product from us, if you are a consumer, you agree that the product is for personal use only (by you or another individual) and may not be resold by you or other individuals unless authorized by QuadrupleFlower.
If there is any dispute over the above terms, the company reserves the right of final decision.
