Delivery Service

$120 Delivery Fee will be charged for delivery service within normal shipping hours.

Guests can choose the following periods for delivery to the recipient location:

The logistics team will deliver by region. Please ensure the recipient is at the delivery address provided during the delivery period.

Basic delivery excludes Airport, Outlying Islands, Sai Kung, Suburbs, and other remote areas. If delivery is required to these exceptional areas, an additional surcharge will be imposed. The surcharge for these areas will be shown on the checkout page.

Special days include Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other special holidays or arrangements. All floral arrangements will be delivered throughout the day (10am-6pm). No designated time period is allowed.

Designated shipping period is allowed with an additional fee of HKD$200. Time specification must be within a one-hour window (e.g., 2pm-3pm) and during office hours (10am-6pm).

Basic delivery is for one-time delivery only. If the recipient refuses to receive flowers or other reasons (e.g., refusal by industrial/commercial buildings or residential management) prevent delivery to the provided address, the flowers will be returned to our company. We will notify the customer, who must pay a replacement shipping fee within 24 hours for redelivery.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate delivery address and contact number.
Additional shipping fees will be charged for situations such as temporarily modified addresses or other factors causing extra delivery costs.
In case of adverse weather or traffic conditions, we may not deliver as scheduled. Our shop will make special arrangements and contact the customer via WhatsApp.
