SELF PICKUP SERVICE
We provide Self Pickup / MTR Face-to-face Delivery service for normal office hours.
Self Pickup Timeslot
Guests can make an appointment at the following times to arrange self-pickup at Kai Tak Studio:
- 10am-7pm (Monday to Saturday)
Face-to-face Delivery Timeslot
We provide face-to-face pickup services at designated MTR stations by prior appointment.
The available time slots are as follows:
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
The designated MTR stations are as follows:
- Kai Tak Station
- Diamond Hill Station
- Prince Edward Station
- Admiralty Station
For our customers’ convenience, in addition to territory-wide flower delivery, we also support pickups at the designated MTR stations mentioned above. This allows you to conveniently collect fresh bouquets on your way home from work or before a date.
Recommended MTR stations for pickup:
- Kai Tak Station: Convenient for customers near Kai Tak Sports Park, nearby residential estates, and hotels.
- Diamond Hill Station: Suitable for office workers in East Kowloon (Kwun Tong/Kowloon Bay industrial areas), and residents of Shatin or Tseung Kwan O.
- Prince Edward Station: Located in the heart of Kowloon; convenient for dates in Mong Kok/Tsim Sha Tsui, residents of Tsuen Wan district transferring lines, or those wishing to pick up near the Mong Kok Flower Market.
- Admiralty Station: Recommended for office workers in the Wan Chai, Central, and Admiralty business districts.
- Please make an appointment for any Special days including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and other special holidays / special arrangements.
